
Admittedly, I have tried a quite a few keto recipes. After all, we have been on the diet for 5 months as of the date this post was written (read more about this on my post on how I finally lost the baby weight) and though cravings are minimal, sometimes I just miss certain things.
When the weather starts to cool off here in Maine it is like a cue for us moms to begin using the oven again and to start baking (am I right?). I didn’t want this year to be any different just because we are on a “diet”.

So I popped onto Amazon and 2 days later I had the secret ingredient I needed to make Banana Nut Keto Muffins.
Also, the Diet Chef suggested using this almond flour but I did substitute with Blue Diamond brand and it worked out just fine.
Now to deal with my husband who is asking me to bake up our 3rd batch of these this week… and he’s calling for a double batch. Should I give in?
